( A ) Patterns of RNA synthesis were decomposed into homolog expression levels of the major components including the TATA-binding protein (TBP), the DNA-directed RNA polymerase subunit II (RPB), the transcription initiation factor II (TFII), and pre-RNA splicing factors. ( B ) Patterns of protein synthesis were characterized by the homolog transcript level of the methionyl-tRNA synthase (Met) and those of a translation initiation factor (eIF3A) and ribosomal RNAs (40s & 60s).
