Left to right in each row: 0.0% RFP spike-ins, 0.28% RFP spike-in, 1.18% RFP spike-in, 3.89% RFP spike-in. Black and purple points represent cells classified as WT, green points are cells classified as GFP, gold points represent cells that are classified as GFP/RFP, and red points represent those classified as RFP.
