Relationship between reflectance and the distance between the plant and the camera. Average plant reflectance was scaled between zero and one to remove biological variation between the plants. Three plants were used to determine this relationship, indicated with gray, yellow and blue dots. The average relationship and the 95% confidence interval are indicated by a black line and gray shading, respectively
