MADS-domain proteins fused to fluorescent proteins were transiently expressed via the UBQ10 promoter in epidermis cells of N. benthamiana leaves. A Localization of AP1-mV. B Localisation of SEP3-mV. AP1 and SEP3 are localised to the nucleus. C Localisation of AP3-mV. D Localisation of PI-mV. Signal from AP3 and PI was selected in both nucleus and cytoplasm.
