Effect of chilling and cold-shock on the expression of nLUC-DAO1 in HIBAT. On day 12, seedlings were subjected to different temperature treatments: cold shock (0 °C), chilling (4 °C to 16 °C), or maintained at room temperature (22 °C) for a duration of 2 h. Following the treatments, measurements were taken from cell extracts after 2 h of post-treatment at 22 °C. The data are presented as means ± standard deviation (n = 4). Statistical analysis using the Student's t-test showed no significant difference at 22 °C compared to all other conditions
