The bottom graph shows the distribution of the observed LN(t) measured in all plants of the genotype in that year within each ATT interval. Each color corresponds to a leaf rank within the range of modeled leaf ranks. White bars correspond to non-modelled leaf ranks. Vertical dashed lines were added to facilitate the visual comparison of the two graphs. Right: each point represents the proportion of observations of a given leaf rank within a given ATT interval as a function of its predicted counterpart. Leaf ranks are color coded; the dashed line is \(y=x\)
