The contents of the MoBiFC kit deposited with Addgene including the Level 0 modules necessary for constructing fusion proteins for BiFC or proximity labelling, Level 1 transcriptional units including controls and reference proteins, and Level 2 multigenic constructs. The MoClo syntax for the position of different modules is indicated on the top line, and is as described by Engler et al. [6]. Modules are separated by “-”, and separations within modules by “_”.
