Histochemical staining of A. thaliana trichomes. Trichomes released and enriched by the various regimes (VORTEX or STIRRER) were subjected to histochemical staining and observation by epifluorescence (Aniline Blue (AB) and Calcofluor White (CFW)) or brightfield microscopy (Ruthenium Red (RR), Suden Black B (SBB) and Toluidine Blue O (TBO)).
