Representative results from analysis of Trp, IPyA, and IAA extracted from Arabidopsis seedlings. 13-day-old seedlings grown on 15 N media were subjected to mock inhibitor treatment (DMSO + ACN) for 22 h, then labeled with 500 μM [13C8, 15N1] indole for 1 h.
