An ANOVA was used to determine whether differences exist between three-cluster means. The Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used to compare each cluster against all genotypes without clustering. The following convention for symbols indicated statistical significance: p > 0.05 (ns), p ≤ 0.05 (*), p ≤ 0.01 (**), p ≤ 0.001 (***), p ≤ 0.0001 (****)
