Semi-quantifications of A. majus flowers profiles by using different methodologies based on: a total integrated peak area b normalized area, c single internal standard peak (1-phenylethanol), d NearestRT n-alkane abundance and e percentage abundance. Semi-quantifications were applied to raw data from day and night. Figures show the mean values of three samples for each compound and error bars indicate the standard error.
