Phenotyping thrips resistance of Arabidopsis accessions with video tracking and damage assays. Thrips feeding preference was monitored with automated video tracking. Half leaf discs in a 96-well plate were used to screen the preference of thrips for 345 Arabidopsis accessions relative to reference accession Col-0. a The proportion of time thrips spent on Col-0 relative to the test accession is presented for 0–40 min post inoculation.
