  1. Student’s t-tests have been applied to subsamples of two simulated data sets with a similar mean and standard deviation as two response variables from the video tracking assays. The percentage of tests with a significant outcome in at least one of the two variables is represented as the detection rate (Bonferroni correction: P < 0.025).
