Galbraith buffer: It should read 0.1% (v/v) Triton-100 instead of 1% Triton-100
Sperm extraction buffer (SEB): It should read 0.83 mM MgSO4 instead of 5.83 mM MgSO4

Pollen Extraction Buffer (PEB) should be prepared with 0.1% H3BO3 and not 1% as indicated.
Alternatively SEB buffer can be used for microspore sorting, too.
