For perfectly matching probes, without gaps or mismatches, the alignment length is exactly 70 bases and the identity is 100%. The bubble size reflects the number of probes with the same alignment length and % identity. A, C, E - similarity to A. thaliana plastid genome; B, D, F - similarity to N. tabacum plastid genome.
