TSWIFT data processing workflow. See “TSWIFT data processing” section for details. For the Reflectance box, radiance represents the incoming sky irradiance and reflected target vegetation radiance. Reflectance is the target vegetation radiance divided by sky irradiance. Vertical lines represent the reflectance bands used for vegetation index calculations for NDVI (red; Eq. 1) and PRI (blue; Eq. 2). For the SIF retrieval box, radiance represents the incoming sky irradiance and reflected target vegetation radiance. Apparent reflectance is the target vegetation radiance divided by sky irradiance. Vertical red lines represent the wavebands used to calculate SIF using the Fraunhofer Line Depth (FLD) method (Eq. 3)
