Diagram of LAMP method and primers involved. Four species-specific primers are involved in the template strand amplification: two external primers, F3 (forward outer primer) and B3 (backward outer primer), and two internal primers, FIP (forward inner primer) and BIP (backward inner primer) -which are made-up linking two complementary regions of the template strand- that during the amplification step will create a loop which is exponentially amplified. Other two primers, LoopB and LoopF, may be designed for stabilization of the amplification
