Recoveries were calculated before and after normalization using the internal standards D6ABA (D6-abscicic acid) for ABA, D5tZ (D5-trans-zeatin) for cZ, D5tZR (D5-trans-zeatin riboside) for tZR, D5IAA (D5-indole-3-acetic acid) for IAA and Me-IAA, D2JA (D2-jasmonic acid) for JA and JA-Ile, and the average of all the internal standard (IS) for DIMBOA. CV (coefficient of variation) is also included
