Cotyledon micrografting (cot-grafting) is applicable in related plant species. Seedling of Arabidopsis suecica (a) and Capsella rubella (b) with one grafted cotyledon. The seedlings recovered under long day conditions (16 h of light and 8 h of darkness) and 90 µmol * s−1 * m−2 light intensity and 20 °C for 7 days. The arrows mark graft junctions.
