Validation of phenotyping system: Root and shoot traits of daily imaged plants (‘Plants moved’) were compared with traits of plants which were not moved for 3 weeks after germination (‘Plants NOTmoved’). Daily imaging and therefore movement of the plants in the phenotyping system has almost no effect on growth and development of roots and shoots of Arabidopsis Col-0 plants.
