Please note that the same leaves were used for µXRF and ICP-MS, but entire leaves were digested for ICP-MS, not only the area on them that was measured by µXRF. These values are corrected to match the difference in mass between the fresh leaves in µXRF with dry mass in ICPMS. The relative standard error percentage (SE/mean %, with n = 2 and SE = STDEV/sqrt(n)) shows the difference between the µXRF result and the ICP-MS
