Morphology of Serendipita indica hyphae from CM and VJ medium S. indica was grown in 100 ml of CM medium a or VJ medium b for 10 days at room temperature (20 ± 3 °C) on a shaker (70 rpm), and hyphae were subsequently harvested for fixation and preparation of electron microscopic images.
