Errors examples, in our approach, leaves with similar shapes form clusters. The lines that appear from the leaf center show how these leaves are connected to shape groups. In the left box (a), there are two groups, and in the right box (b), there is one. However, on the left, there is a light green leaf that has a shape similar to one group, but it is connected to another. In contrast, in the right box, all the leaves are connected to the same group, but these could be separated into two species by the violet and orange lines
