Relative GFP expression levels for different UTR combinations. GFP was expressed transiently from expression cassettes using different combinations of 5′ and 3′ UTRs, as indicated on the x-axis. GFP fluorescence was measured in soluble protein extract obtained from agroinfiltrated leaves, and expression is shown relative to pEAQ-HT-GFP (100%, red bar). Bars with the same colour represent constructs with the same 3′UTR. For each construct, n ≥ 5. Error bars represent 95% confidence intervals
