The effect of reduced nutrient supply; either alone or in combination with MeJA elicitation, on thapsigargin and nortrilobolide content (mg/g DW) in T. garganica in vitro shoots grown 18 days in TIBs. As controls TIBs with MS medium supplemented with BAP (1.5 mg/L) and NAA (0.5 mg/L) were used.
