Image analysis pipeline. The images are pre-processed to extract the region of interest and the values of colour checker tiles before plant pixels are segmented from the background. A least squares approach is then used to fit a quadratic to the colour data and correct the plant pixels. Finally, the corrected mean canopy colour can be extracted from the segmented image and used for analysis
