A conceptual representation of the Scaling of Correlations between Activity and Mass Profiles (SCAMP) method. If the relative activity of sequentially separated chromatographic fractions can be measured and the mass intensity for a given compound shows a similar trend to that of the total activity change over all fractions, then that compound may contribute to the total activity
