ABA and its catabolites, dihydrophaseic and phaseic acids, were quantified from lyophilized tissue [dry weight (DW)]; while JA, SA, and metabolites were quantified without a lyophilization step [wet weight (WW)]. Differences upon BSMV (denoted by ‘#’) or Fusarium infection (denoted with ‘*’) were evaluated by two-way ANOVA with Sidak post hoc comparisons (*p ≤ 0.05; **p ≤ 0.01; ***p ≤ 0.001; ****p ≤ 0.0001)
