Workflow of the manual and automated hyperspectral image analysis, starting after preprocessing of hyperspectral images. Manual analysis requires high input of human experts and hence is time and cost intensive while still subjective. The automated analysis cascade improves the analysis of hyperspectral images due to the reduction of human input, the economization of time and the consideration of all image pixels.
