  1. Within each EPG and video tracking experiment it was tested whether aphid behaviour differed between the two plant lines. The mean duration and latency were only calculated if the corresponding events did occur (all samples of M. persicae; N. ribsinigri: EPG n = 2 Corbana and n = 20 Terlana, video tracking n = 21 Corbana and n = 26 Terlana).
