  1. Seeds were generated from selfed candidate mutant lines. Around 30 plants per mutant line were re-evaluated in M. persicae-TuYV system as described in “Methods”. ELISA values were optical density (OD) means ± SD of infected plants, with 0.073 ± 0.003 for non-inoculated plants.
