The colony number as in Figure5A is given for consistency along with the gene AGI identifier and common name of the plasmid predominately present in the plasmid prep. The dominate cDNA sequence was re-cloned from fresh Arabidopsis cDNA for confirmatory BiFC (data in Figure5B, C) and FRET-FLIM experiments (data in Figure6).
