Detection sensitivity of YFP fusion proteins. We tested our cytometer for its detection sensitivity of different protein fusions. One can see from comparison with the mock negative control, that YFP expressing protoplasts can be clearly identified as a cloud of cells shifted to the right in the FL1 channel. A.
