Vast - 8× pooling suitable for >5000 individuals in a population; In-depth- 1× pooling (6-8 individuals of one mutant line) suitable for < 1000 individuals in the population; and intermediate- 2×/3×/4× pooling to strike a balance between vast and in depth screening.
