Silencing phenotype obtained with pWSRiA:ChlI show a mosaic of leaf bleaching. Tomato plants were agroinfiltrated with pWSRiA:ChlI to silence the sulfur allele of magnesium chelatase, or with pWSRiA:CAT (negative control).
