Correlation between LT50 values obtained by electrolyte leakage measurements (LT50 – EL) or by chlorophyll fluorescence imaging (LT50 – IPAM). LT50 values were determined from the curves shown in Fig. 2 and can be found in Table 1. The line was fitted by least squares linear regression analysis and the correlation coefficient (r) is shown in the panel.
