Endogenous expression levels of AqPDS and TRV1/TRV2. (a) Semi-quantitative RT-PCR of AqPDS expression for selected untreated, mock treated, treated unbleached, and treated photobleached seedlings. Seedlings had 1–2 true leaves (1–2L) or 3–5 true leaves (3–5L) at the time of treatment. Normalized values for the AqPDS/ACTIN ratios are shown for each sample. A value of 0.0 may indicate that the band was below the detection limit of the imaging system.
