Panel B shows the insert size range for the 100 BACs from B library reported in Meksem et al., 2000. Panel C shows the insert size range for the 100 BACs from the B library as measured from Panel A plus 4 additional gels. Panel D shows the insert size range for the 100 BACs from the MTP4BH library as measured from Panel A and additional gels of solely MTP clones after re-arraying (not shown).
