The upper right display screen shows the details of the hierarchy of OSML data. The middle left display screen is the first principal ingredient set to 11 and clustered by BL-SOM in OSML Editor. Goslim_plant.2003.xml in the upper right corner is displayed by "Functional Class View" in OSML Editor. The GO terms are in rectangular frames. The lower display provides the details on the ranking results (Ranking View) from information in the upper left frame (cluster ID 8-2). "Transport (GO:0006810)" is in second place. Eleven probes out of 149 in the GO:0006810 are included in cluster 8-2.
